By submitting content to mOB Pop-culture, you're granting us a license to display your content on the website in perpetuity. We do not claim copyright or ownership of submitted material, but have the ability to post said content publicly on the website and possibly refer to and link to it in promotional posts on major social media platforms in perpetuity.

By submitting, you are guaranteeing that the content you provide is written/filmed/otherwise created by yourself, or you have explicit permission from its creator to submit. Should it be determined that the content you provide is plagiarized or stolen, the content will be removed from the website and you will be permanently banned from submitting to mOB Pop-culture.

mOB Pop-culture reserves the right to reject submitted content for any reason deemed necessary. (This sounds mean, I know, but there's too many possible scenarios to list. Basically, don't be hateful, insulting etc.).

Please cite references in your articles. Unfounded claims (outside of an opinion piece) may lead to a piece of content being rejected.

mOB Pop-culture may need to edit your submission dependent on spelling, grammar, formatting and a myriad of other reasons. Should this happen, you will be notified before posting, via email.

Should an article contain or be written about products that have an affiliate program that you are a part of, please include your affiliate link in the body of the article. For example, a product listed on Amazon: Include your affiliate link towards the end of your article. If you don't, mOB Pop-culture may add their own. Should this be the case and you decide to add your own after time of posting, email us and we'll update the article with your link in place of mOB Pop-culture's.

mOB Pop-culture will credit the creator via a range of means on the website itself and in social media posts that reference their works. These means may change from time to time, but will always include links to socials and other work as necessary.

At present, mOB Pop-culture is a grassroots, non-funded venture. All content provided to mOB Pop-culture is presented on a voluntary basis with no reasonable expectation of monetary compensation. (This clause is planned to change if the website etc. begins to generate income, as outlined on the Registration page).
